The next area to check out the massive mass outbreaks is at Coronet Highlands, but that's not the main thing we are after. We then go to Moonview Arena, where Melli tells us about a Legendary Pokémon known as Cresselia, and he does not approve of the appearance of the Legendary Pokémon, so he suggests for me to capture Cresselia at Moonview Arena.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Next up is Coronet Highlands, and we then investigate the massive mass outbreaks there, and here are the following Pokémon that you can find in them.
Clefairy, Clefable, Geodude, Graveler, Golem, Ponyta, Rapidash, Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Voltorb, Electrode, Rhyhorn, Rhydon, Mr. Mime, Electabuzz, Cleffa, Yanma, Misdreavus, Gligar, Heracross, Sneasel, Elekid, Nosepass, Duskull, Dusclops, Chimecho, Shinx, Luxio, Luxray, Mismagius, Chingling, Stunky, Skuntank, Bronzor, Bronzong, Mime Jr., Gible, Gabite, Garchomp, Hippopotas, Hippowdon, Snover, Abomasnow, Rhyperior, Electivire, Yanmega, Gliscor, Probopass, Dusknoir, Rotom, Rowlet, Dartrix, Decidueye, Sneasler

The massive mass outbreaks are the most reliable way to get the Rowlet line outside of Space-Time Distortions, and there is a Balloon Race, which is possibly the hardest one, as this one puts to test all of the Ride Pokémon.
For the main quest, talk to Melli and Calaba at Moonview Arena, they will tell you about Cresselia and how its appearance has caused Electrode to hide away, which is why Melli does not take Cresselia's appearance that well.
When you enter the arena, Cresselia uses an attack that reverses your controls, throw some Sticky Globs at it to stun it and either battle it or capture it. After catching it, you will then receive a Dread Plate, and as with Cresselia, it is at Level 70, and it can learn a new move called Lunar Blessing, which restores any status condition and 50% of Cresselia's HP, and it also obscures it from attacks, making them likely to miss. Cresselia does come with Psychic and Moonblast when caught, and it can be taught Calm Mind, Ice Beam, Energy Ball, Charge Beam, and Shadow Ball for possible moves. You can give it the move Power Shift, which swaps its offensive and defensive stats if you want to go with an offensive Cresselia, Power Shift can even be learned by Umbreon, Bastiodon, and Probopass, so it's a decent move if you want to make a defensive Pokémon go on the offensive. For Research Tasks, the easiest way is to use Moonblast in Agile Style three times.
I do show another Mythical Pokémon, and this one requires save data from Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl to accept the quest, it can be found on Professor Laventon's blackboard, if you go to Clamberclaw Cliffs at night, it's the area with the Alpha Bronzong, you can find Darkrai there, and this one is really difficult to catch or even battle, as Darkrai tends to disappear once you try and get close to it, you could try throwing a Jet Ball and hope to catch Darkrai that way.
Darkrai is at Level 70, and its signature move Dark Void was reworked into this game, it is 90% accuracy, and it makes the target drowsy and lowers their defensive stats, making this really good in tough fights. Darkrai comes with Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, and Psychic right when it is caught, it should be set to go with Dark Pulse, Psychic, Dark Void, and Nasty Plot for its moves. You can use the Move Shop to get some moves like Sludge Bomb, Ice Beam, and Thunderbolt to give it some good Special moves, and Calm Mind to boost both its offensive and defensive stats. The best way to complete its Research Tasks is to use a Strong Style Dark Void, when you can get if you give Darkrai one level, otherwise you can use Dark Void and then follow up with a Strong Style Shadow Ball.
After completing the massive mass outbreak task, talk to Mai, and then Adaman shows up and gives you some materials to make Sticky Globs, as those are very helpful in massive mass outbreaks.
