V6.0.0 Update:
Copy Ability RNG is even better, making this not be an issue anymore, honestly.
Uair and Nair are now frame 8. This means Kirby can now do Fthrow combos with those two aerials under any platform he can full hop onto.

v3.0.0 update has patched Gale Strike gliding and copy ability RNG
...did a smash dev actually watch this
it's very clear he wasn't playtested at all
