Normally, in Kirby's Adventure pausing the game with the START button is soppused to freeze movement of every enemy, incluying Kirby himself. Upon unpausing, they'll regain movement again.

However, if the game is paused on same frame RIGHT as a enemy is spawned onscreen, the enemy will continue to have movement, despite everything else still frozen; If Kirby is hit while in this state, the pause menu will glitch out and display garage tiles on the text menu as well as regaining control to the player. (With Kirby also turning an jumble mess of sprites too)
This also messes up the colision layout data of the level, meaning its posible to clip through walls and go OOB, which can be applicated on certain levels for skipping rooms.

This is better executed with the flying laser ball enemies, as they mostly target Kirby while its frozen in midair, giving the pause timing much reliabe to pull off, but it can done with most enemies, this even works with onscreen bosses too.
