Hi, I'm Kirostyle, a frog-themed martial artist Vtuber, and welcome to another Let's Play! This is my playthrough of Star Ocean: The Second Story R, developed by Gemdrops and published by Square Enix for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5 and Windows! This is the second remake of Star Ocean: The Second Story, which was originally developed by tri-Ace and published by Enix for the Playstation in 1998. The game received an enhanced remaster, Star Ocean: Second Evolution developed by Tose on the PSP in 2008. Star Ocean: Second Evolution was later ported to PS3, PS4, and PSVita digitally in Japan. Star Ocean: The Second Story R uses the same voice acting from Star Ocean: Second Evolution, as well as new artwork, a new re-arranged soundtrack, and new 3D models for the towns, dungeons, and overworld.
