I was looking for a nice hearty recipe to make for watching football today and I ran across a recipe for Chicken Risotto. I have never had Risotto before and was surprised that it referred to the rice and not the sauce. This is my first attempt at making a Risotto recipe in any form and I have to say it turned out amazing. Check it out!
