Thinking back on my youth (and even more in my college years) when we would eat lots of hamburger helper, I thought about how nice it would be to have some comfort food like that on this cold day. However, I wanted to have something whose ingredients I controlled and new that everything involved would be as healthy as I could make it. Here's what we came up with!
