Split your troops and move north. The heavy beasts attack the Tower, the Infantry follows. Free the prisoners. Move west and down south. Destroy another Tower with the same way and continue south. Destroy the Smurf Power Plant and krush the rest. If you erased the entire base and the mission does not end, then see if they have started to rebuild a tower somewhere.
