Sorry for the poor quality on some of these videos (especially the sketches near the end). A lot of this footage I somehow lost, I can’t find the 8mm tapes with the original content so I can only rely on old VHS transfers…and they were already terrible quality to begin with.

The black and white videos were recorded with Miles’ old camera. I’m not sure if it just recorded black and white by default or if it once recorded in colour but slowly disintegrated until the colour stopped working. He’d have to tell you that. So that very last video, you can imagine, we used an old-school B&W camcorder, at night, and then I had a terrible VHS quality backup…I had to use Premiere to brighten it the best I could just so you could make out something.

The majority of these videos were with high school buddies, aside from the super old stuff with Jesse doing the “McDonalds Bag” puppet shows lol. That stuff with Jesse and I is the earliest footage I have of us using the video camera together (early 1994).

Anyway, out of all those people you saw in these particular videos, the only guys I still see any more are Miles and Jesse…that’s it. I guess I shouldn’t say that, I still talk to Sam now and then. The rest of them f’d off lol. Ah, I guess that comes with getting old…
