Then Zhang Liao will be able to use.
Attention: Has to be 1p and has to be fast finish those input before character select time over.

Long time not playing, I've upload the Chinese version before, now I am doing the english verison plus challenge the Extreme Hardest difficulty.
How to unlock Extreme difficulty:
1, Click F2, go to operation settings, the games' difficulty switch to Hardest, then click Button A to exit;
2, go back to operation settings, go the the difficulty option, click Player 2's Start button, then click Player 2's Button A twice, Button B twice, Button C twice and Button D twice, then click Player 2's Start Button again, if you succeed, you will hear the noise.
As another hiden character, Zhang Liao is great to use and powerful. His speed is fast, especially his combos can bringing a huge damage to enemies. The only disadvantage for Zhang Liao is his attacking distant is short, so players, make sure you stay close to the enemies if you use Zhang Liao. For me it's not hard, I only failed 2 times, and the 3rd time made it no death under the Extreme Hardest Difficulty.
