Komodo Brothers Walkthrough - Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back 100% Walkthrough
3The Komodo Brothers are the 2nd boss fight in Crash Bandicoot 2. The point of the fight is to dodge Joe while he's spinning around the arena and wait for him to stop. When he does, spin into him and he'll slide right into his brother, damaging him. Upon taking damage, Moe will begin throwing his swords in a circular motion around the arena. He'll give Joe another spin once he's done.
After damaging the brothers twice, Moe will spin Joe a 3rd time and slowly toss swords at you while his brother is spinning around. Wait for Joe to stop spinning and knock him into his brother to defeat the both of them.
You don't have to move at all this first time Joe is spinning around as he'll miss you. Furthermore, you can dodge Moe's sword throwing easily during the first two rounds by standing on the right side of Moe (9 o'clock if you pretend the direction he's facing when he starts throwing swords is at 6 o'clock).
