This shows how to get Road to Ruin's Crystal & Both Clear Gems in 1 run without using the Secret Entrance.

Normally to get the Box Gem in this level you need to use the Secret Entrance (which can be seen in the video linked down below). It's possible, however, to get the Box Gem by using a glitched jump to reach an otherwise unreachable platform. The jump is rather tricky, but I'll do my best to explain how to pull it off.

At the very beginning of the level are outlines of some crates to the left. Stand near the ledge leading to the outlines then start moving to the left and slide. You'll need to slide off of the platform. Right after you start sliding, & while still holding down left, jump and spin at the same time.

If done properly you should jump farther then you should otherwise be able and land on the solid ground passed the crate outlines. Hit the ! crate to fill the outlines with steel crates. Continue along this path and break the crates (watch out for the TNT crate that I accidentally hit in the video) then head back over to the main part of the level.

Because there's a high risk of dying I suggest only getting the Box Gem this way for fun. If you get sick of trying the jump then get the Gem the way you're supposed to by using the Secret Entrance.
