On the loading screen before a level, and before the prompt to start the level, enter the following code: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, O, X. This will enable the ability to turn on many cheats. However in doing so, you will disable your current save file and no longer be able to save or earn trophies. Please use with caution. As for a challenge, this is a rather long game, but I would say, enable GOD mode (all cheats) and try to finish the game in one sitting. Otherwise, just put in the code and have fun with the game.
