Blindary University founded in 1896. It was the best compared to others at its time. But it closed down in November 1966 and was abondoned. Building remains still but they prohibited getting inside. Nobody knows why. There are plenty of rumors. Guard is stays there at nights. So its no easy to get inside. If you try at the night you would have better luck, I guess.
