Kotobukiya's 1/8 scale Dark Angel Olivia figure from Shingeki no Bahamut is getting a second re-release, scheduled for December 2021 release for a MSRP of 15,800yen (before any taxes and shipping cost). While I no longer have this figure in hand to review this figure, as a former owner of this figure, I can confirm this is a wonderful price for a giant figure like Dark Angel Olivia. However, before you go ahead an hit that preorder button, there is one major design flaw in this figure I want you guys to be aware of - this is coming from a former owner of this figure.

This figure, with all her weight, which is imbalanced and very back-heavy, does not have any metal reinforcement in her foot. Most people do not know because the figure is permanently glued to the base, and the couple of screws underneath the base does not seem to serve any purpose. Some people (myself included) have experienced a broken foot peg with the figure just being displayed, while others had the figure leaning over time. If you do insist on getting one of these figure, i do highly recommend you display her with her back leaning against a wall or your shelf, or DIY additional stands to support the figure.
