There are 2 things you really wouldn't want to bump into when you fight against her in Hell Mode (using average gear, ofc)...
- The Yellow and Dark wisps roaming the area. They disable movement upon contact, and it's really dangerous because the boss keeps casting her wide AOE spells one after another.
- When she rides a Crescent Moon

Pretty much everything else is avoidable by just moving around.
