Of course, there's still Gilly, Pol and Bop, but it's quite hard to get kerbals stranded at such easy locations. But fret not, the end is not quite in sight! I'd like to redo Mun and Duna without an SSTO to make them easier to emulate, and Eve/Tylo sea-level would be good to look into.
