Building a Moon Base with stock Components. it is powered by Solar Panels so it must be built at a place with permanent Sunlight somewhere around the Poles.
Landing Site Coordinates:
089° 00' 00" S
151° 30' 00" E
Please note that this is not the actual Base Location; you have to drive roughly into the Direction of the weirdly shaped Peaks and search the Rim of the nearby Crater.
