KSP: Dual Centrifuge Station [Stock]
317Using similar bearings to the ones used in my propellers, I created a space station that features two counter-rotating centrifuges. It looks like something straight out of "2001: A Space Odyssey". Since the centrifuges rotate in opposite directions, the center of the station can remain perfectly still, allowing for zero-g operations. Unfortunately, the rotating parts of the station cannot be reconnected with the central section, meaning that this station has very little practical use. The maximum crew capacity for the station is 262 kerbals.
CameraTools was used to get cinematic shots, and stock visual enhancements used for visuals. The parts for the vessel are 100% stock.
