New Horizons will be the first spacecraft to visit the most distant none explored planet since Voyager 2 encountered Neptune in 1989. Since this amazing feat of human endeavor is happening over the course of the next few weeks one of my remakes was just asking to be made.

I guess doing a Jool gravity assist was easier than I thought. I was worried I would have to do two launches to simulate a Transfer to Eeloo but I went for it and it worked out first time somehow. I recommend this approach If you are thinking about trying this out yourself. Remember to burn on the night Side of Kerbin. My launch example is done on the day side so it is easier on the eye.

Also the Atlas Rocket used 5 none symmetrical SRBs so I had no idea how I was supposed to launch exactly :S Sideways seemed to be the best bet?
