Around 1 hour 48 minutes to beat. In this video I show all the strats I used to beat the game. This game has unlimited continues and passwords.

Deaths edited out, and a few better runs spliced in. Extra tip for the final boss: When he's down to the final two pieces of health and enters a stunned state, just mash the kick button to finish off his last two pieces of health. Normally you can only hit him once per stun phase, but for the last 2 pieces of health you can just finish him off.
