Decided to practice some Kung Fu right now, as I have not done so for since 2013. More specifically, my skills with the bamboo staff that I was using while learning Shaolin Kung Fu nearly a decade ago. A good practice session and rust buster. Pretty fluid overall, hopefully I will improve!
