In this week's Itch.io review, I got the chance to tackle this beauty! In LoLL (yes, that's how I'm typing it now), you start as the first level of a dungeon with a sword and a dream. A dream of glory, of triumph, of reaching the final level of the dungeon and achieving what so many have failed to do: grab a legendary item.

Combat is turn based, with enemies moving once you've taken an action. It works on a square grid system and enemy attacks show in red so they can be planned out ahead of time.

As you venture, you'll encounter weapons, chests, gloves, and amulets to equip your character with. Each item provides stat bonuses but also something you might not expect. They all come with abilities, allowing you to modify your game experience as you go along. So one pair of gloves allowed me to quick strike and jump back to my original position. Another froze enemies for a turn.

All in all, the game is a blast to play. It doesn't sport the most cutting edge graphics but the sprits are enjoyable and recognizable. I hope the developer continues to work on the game and even brings it to a platform for sales.
