NOTE: This video assumes that you've already cleared the first part of 14F (with the Memorized Knowledge fight). If you haven't already done that, clear out that section first. Unlike 13F and later parts of the 14F, that first section is fairly straightforward. Anyway, this video shows you how to do the western part of 13F.

EDIT: After the final chest (which you get by resetting to the 13F switch to 50 degrees and then dropping down from 14F) you can also hit the middle switch in the same area to set the temperature to 45 degrees. You can then leave dungeon, go to 13F and then get the Drum to complete 13F.
