Lady Dimitrescu took the internet by storm when Resident Evil Village released in 2021, with Maggie Robertson's performance praised for bringing the terrifying (and extremely tall!) vampire matriarch to life with nuance and genuine terror.

We were lucky enough to sit down with Maggie Robertson and chat with her about the making of Lady D and understand what it was like to play such a popular character (with a peek at the audition process and motion capture behind the scenes), as well peel back the curtain on Resident Evil Village's development.

Resident Evil Village was developed and published by Capcom as a sequel to Resident Evil 7 Biohazard. It released on PlayStation (PS5 and PS4), Xbox (Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One), PC, and Stadia.
