Lands of Lore: The Throne of Chaos
23After loving Westwood Studio's Eye of the Beholder Games, I thought I'd check out a bit of Lands of Lore: The Throne of Chaos. Very similar to EotB in gameplay, Lands of Lore 1 follows the adventures of several heroes on a quest to save the kingdom from a shape-shifting witch named Scotia.
I played the first few hours so far, but I thought I'd gauge what the audience reaction to this one is to see if they'd like me to continue. It's not quite as satisfying in that I can't create my party from the ground up like EotB, and there's considerably more dungeon crawling which can get frustrating and repetitive with the interface, so I'm fine with this either being a video to show off a bit of the early gameplay or possibly even picking it back up in the future.
