Recommendations for a Support Assault build:
Class: Emperor (higher attack and heart bond +10% AOE damage)
Skills: 3c, Rupture, Shield Bash (for single target) or Sword Dance (AoE debuff)
Weapon: Mjolnir (You get an extra chance to dispel a buff from the enemy (crucial buffs such as Gospel, 2 range guard, or def buff for example, goes perfectly with his Hegemony skill included in his 3c), Balanced Blade for AoE Sword Dance build
Armor: His exclusive Overlord’s Armor (This is a no brainer, the ability to extends his aura to 3 spaces and that is just too good. Trust me.)

Enchant: For single target (Breeze), for AoE Sword Dance build (Clock)
Mastery Enchants: Focus on HP, Attack, Defense
Soldiers: Steelmane Werewolf and Hoplite (when fighting none holy and/or SP Elwin)

So going back to the original question, how is it possible his auto attack can attack someone like SP Elwin with Sword Smith Medal with around 900 Def and expect to one shot him.

Let’s look at the math and it will be clear:
With his new 3c, this is what his kill potential will look like.
• +20% damage increase from talent
• +18% from new FB (before you need to have class advantage and Sword actually gets counter by Horse) now it is just flat 18% when entering battle
• +15% from his new innate Iron Blooded Ambition buff
• +10% from breeze enchant (to add salt to the wound)
• -15% def from his Talent Aura
• -20% def from Hegemony skill
• 2 chance to dispel and remove the opponents Def buff
• You get a follow up AoE after your auto attack
• If opponent does not have fixed damage immunity, It is possible to do x2.0 ATK stat with rupture twice (with around 1400 ATK x 4 = 5600 raw damage to hero) insane

Summary (20 + 18 + 15 +10 = +63% damage increase plus possible (-15 and -20 = -35% def) With the new lancers, you don’t have to worry about class advantage or disadvantage and it is a straight Stat check. You can easily do 30K damage doing normal auto attack or close to 40k equivalent when they don’t have fix immunity. In other words, he is going one shot anything not a tank. Crazy stuff I tell you.

Your goal is to get at least 1350 ATK when fully buffed in PVP mode and +70% soldier training in order to be able to one shot most units.
