2 More Important Points:
1. I made a mistake. Holy (and Mage) Soldiers get 30% damage reduction when at 100% HP. I confused it with the other tech, which gives them +30% damage dealt when above 80% HP.
2. Freya's 3rd and final skill to bring is completely open. She brings her 3C, her 1C Crystal Spike, and then she has 2 points for the last skill. Typical choices are: Barb (PvE), Mass Protect (PvP), and Heavy Shield (PvP)

Overall, you can't go wrong building up your SP Freya due to her utility for PvE content, and she can be surprisingly good even for PvP (albeit limited by the limited number of top tier PvP Origins heroes).
