Lapin animation test (Backstory in description)
1Okay so lapin is a character I have made, I have drawn her a few times but never have I animated her. She is a rabbit/human child creature who cannot speak, instead she makes little noises (like stitch from lilo and stitch or something like that) she also loves carrots. If you have carrots growing in your garden when lapin is around, say your goodbyes. She will eat the carrots up quickly. If you are a carrot listening to this message, beware. (Also fun fact lapin means rabbit in French) also when she gets upset, annoyed, stressed or uncomfortable, she will shoot blue electricity out of her body. 😀 yay….
So here is her backstory.
Lapin was an experiment in a laboratory where she was tested on alongside other creatures. Her life was horrible, she was all alone and was terrified of humans and she felt like she had no one to trust. She didn’t know where she came from, the lab was the only place she knew. And the scientists were the only humans she knew back then, and that made her think that all humans wanted to hurt her. One day, she found her chance to escape. She jumped out an open window when no one was looking and ran into the forest. She was finally safe, for now. She kept on running. She knew the scientists would find out soon that she was gone. She kept on running, for hours until she found a little city/town filled with humans. Lapin kept to the shadows and tried her hardest not to be seen. She found a rubbish bin near a house and hid near that. It would make for some good shelter and it was filled with food. Suddenly it started raining. The lid of the bin was open, which meant she could hide under it to protect herself from the humans and the rain. Suddenly, a lady exited the house nearest to the rubbish bin with her umbrella. The lady then noticed lapin. She thought she was some kind of rabbit (Which lapin technically was) but when she looked closer, the creature looked like a young girl. Maybe six or seven years old. She was all covered in mud, freezing cold and starving. The woman approached her, sheltering lapin under her umbrella. Lapin was scared, she thought that this human would harm her. But instead, she took lapin inside her house to warm up. And ever since then, lapin has been living with this woman and her boyfriend and the three of them are now one big happy family.
