On November 16, 2012, Hostess Brands announced they would be closing down for good. Between financial woes that plagued them for years and a bakers strike, they not only have filed for bankruptcy (again), but they also will be selling off parts of their business. Here's to nearly 83 years of sweet cakes, soft breads, and delicious deserts! :)
