Last hitting a glyphed tower
69I'm not sure how widely known this trick is but I thought I would share it.

For those of you who are confused, user Colopty explains it really well:
"If you click on the tower, you can see one of those buff squares near the bottom of the screen, right above the skills. One of these is the glyph buff. If you look at the outer edge of the buff square, you can see that the bright green turns dark in a clockwise circle. When the whole outer edge is dark, the buff ends. He uses this to know exactly when the timer ends, allowing him to perfectly time his attack to get the finishing hit the moment the tower is vulnerable."
