EDIT: Alright guys, I've made my decision. I am no longer going to obsess and stress out about this. Clearly, you will still enjoy my videos even if they do have that little bit of desync; so here's what I'm gonna do!

Over the course of my break, I'll try some things and see if I can fix it, but, I won't stress myself with it. I'll try things with WMM, I'll try things with VirtualDub, but if I find I cannot fix it, I will continue to LP as I always have. So either way, look forward to it guys! ^^

Also, I am considering learning how to stream on TwitchTV one day and uploading from there, thanks to 8bitfighter's suggestion. Depending on how that goes and the quality of it, it may even become my main way of gaming for you guys. This is only a "may" for now, but who knows what the future may hold?

At any rate, I want to say, thank you to my fans. Though there may only be a few of you, I'm happy to have you guys as my viewers, because you guys understand. Thank you for encouraging me to move forward with my LPs regardless of if I can fix this problem or not. After spending weeks trying to fix the problem, with nothing getting rid of it. I wanted to give up at it and just move on but I feared that if I did, you all would think I didn't care, and no longer enjoy my stuff..but after making this video, while typing the initial description, I began to realize. You guys always enjoyed my stuff even though that little problem always existed. I realized that you guys would want me to just have fun and do what I enjoy, rather than stressing for so long on such a minor, insignificant problem. I realized even if I couldn't fix it, you all would still like my stuff, and still watch my LPs..And when you guys chimed in to confirm this, I was finally able to break out of that obsessive cycle I had been in lately. Again, thank you all. I appreciate it. Whether I solve the problem or not, the LPs will continue, and I'll have fun!

sorry, I had kind of a rough time explaining what I was talking about during the second half of the vid..what I meant was basically this.

Videos in the past, like the Medievil ones, and some Dead Space videos (that was likely my bad, since I could have goofed up on the audio sync myself there and made it worse than it could have been) had at least a half second or more of desync in them. More recently, with the fixes I was trying to apply to videos to get rid of that, the desync was basically reduced to about 2/10ths or 3/10ths of a second, sometimes even like 1/10th. Not really noticable unless you pay attention, and THAT desync was caused by movie maker. The desync which is heard in the Dead Space run and in IWBTE, which is now gone, is/was an example of this.

I don't know if I can fix it, and I am not sure of the cause of it. I do think it has something to do with the actual framerate the videos are recorded at, and then the framerate they save at in WMM. Either that or maybe my WMM is just bugged or something is up with my computer. I have no idea.

I just want to know: Does the minor desync bother you guys? Is it something you can live with? Were you guys even bothered by somewhat greater desync in past vids like Medievil? I'm asking because if I do continue making vids like this, it may or may not get that bad again. However, I can assure you that it won't be worse than what was heard in the Medievil vids (which still wasn't that bad) If you guys don't mind it that much, then I won't obsess nearly as much on trying to fix it. I'll try, but if I can't, I'll just go with the flow and continue making vids when I get back to feeling like LPing..and will still consider it kinda like a new beginning. Some of you may think I'm being lazy and just dont want to fix it but after obsessing on such a thing for weeks on end, I truly want to just put it behind me, and have fun making LPs again, and I will be able to if you guys don't mind it. I don't want to go on fearing in the back of my mind that you all will be disappointed and think I don't care if I can't fix this minor problem...It will also make it easier and more comfortable for me to actually search for ways to fix it, since I will know you guys do not mind even if I can't.

Come to think of it, I've seen a lot of LPers out there with a tiny bit of desync in their videos just like mine...and they never talk about it, nor does anyone point it out to them or criticize them for it. I'm not trying to use it as an excuse, but, it makes me think, maybe I really shouldn't worry about it so much..and just have fun.. I mean, I do this for you guys. And if you guys are already happy with what I put out..that's what matters, right? I'm sure you all would rather me just have fun, and enjoy what I do, than obsess over fixing a small problem anyway...right?

I'm sure that one day, those problems will all be gone anyway, when I have new and better recording and editing software, so its not like its something that will go on for as long as I LP.
