"Meat-Wrapped Lettuce, Microwave-Steamed"
■Ingredients (Serves 2)
・8 thinly sliced pork loin (150g)
・8 lettuce leaves (160g)
・1/2 green onion (60g)
・A pinch of salt and pepper
・1 tablespoon sake
☆Green onion and salt sauce seasoning
・1/3 teaspoon salt
・1 tablespoon lemon juice
・1 tablespoon sesame oil
・1/2 tablespoon ground white sesame seeds
■Procedure
(1) Cut the lettuce in half lengthwise. Finely chop the green onion.
(2) Combine the green onion and the ingredients marked with ☆ in a bowl and mix (Green onion and salt sauce).
(3) Spread one slice of pork out and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place two slices of lettuce on top of each other and tightly roll them from the front, placing them on top of the pork. Repeat to make 8 pieces in total.
(4) Place the rolls (3) on a heat-resistant plate, end-side down. Pour sake over them. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes at 600W. Leave covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute in the residual heat to cook the meat through. Once cooled, cut in half. (Use the cooking time as a guideline; check the condition and heat if necessary.)
(5) Place in a serving dish and drizzle with the green onion and salt sauce.
