This Sudoku uses the Ratio Pairs, German Whispers and Counting Circles constraints.

š Puzzle Rules:
ā¢ Normal Sudoku rules apply. Put the digits 1 to 9 once each in each row, column and box.
ā¢ Dots: Digits on a black dot are in a 1 to 2 ratio.
ā¢ Whispers: Adjacent digits on the green line differ by at least 5.
ā¢ Circles: A digit in a circle counts how many of that digit appear in circles.
