We don't usually make this type of video, but this case is emblematic... After Itaú laid off at least 1,000 employees (most of them working remotely), the news and social media have been buzzing about the topic. Is it really true that monitoring clicks and computer usage is a parameter for measuring productivity? Wouldn't it be better to measure results? Was that really the reason?
