Another episode of Lazy D&D Prep wherein I prepare for my Tomb of Annihilation game using the steps of Return of the Lazy Dungeon Master!

## Who are the characters?
- Smoke - Tabaxi Ranger / Rogue (ask about backstory)
- Gabriel / Tharmond - Asimar Celestial Warlock / bard. Died and has a different soul.
- Punchy - Kenku Samurai who wants to fly. (what else?)
- Warryn - Gnome druid who wants to be a big beast.
- Ogechi - Shadow magic human sorcerer / warlock tied to the Eshowdow.
- Huitzillin - Paladin of Ubtao. (more background)
## What is the strong start?
Bell and scream! Mushroom Hydra. Blind but poison heads. +10 poison damage DC 14 disease check or mind controlling spores. Spore vomit. Destroy a head, bursts in spores. Fangstorm the Hydra. Cries in pain. Miserable beast.
## What scenes might take place?
- Hydra scene + other stuff
## What secrets and clues might the characters uncover?
- At the dawn of time, Tiamat, the Queen of Evil Dragons, slew a rival dragon god named Lernaea and cast her blood across the multiverse. Each drop that fell upon a world spawned a multi-headed hydra consumed by a hunger as great as the fallen god’s hatred.
- The Yuan-ti are in awe of Ogechi for being tied to the Eshowdow. They think he is a child of the Eshowdow.
- Fenthasa wants to ally with Ogechi so that she can use him to open the doors of the Night Serpent.
- There is a split between Fenthasa and Ras Nsi. Fenthasa thinks Ras Nsi is a false god.
- Ras Nsi is falling apart and wants to end the death curse himself. Fenthasa sees this as an opportunity.
- Fenthasa has SEEN Ogechi open the door. She KNOWS its going to happen.
- The Red Wizards have a spy in the Fane, a doppleganger spy for the Red Wizards.
- Ras Nsi has teleporters he uses to get around.
- Selok, Ras Nsi's bodyguard is in love with Neema, a Yuan-ti concubine.
