What a childhood memory! In this game you play the lazy janitor that avoids work and rather play games. The hotel got 18 doors and behind (almost) every door is a different game. The games are simple but this was released in 1984 and by 1984's standard, this is ACE in my book.
And the music...! Oh, the music. David Whittaker wrote not only the game but also the music tracks (some remixes). Different tunes that merge into a seamless mix. Beautiful!
Zombie Nation borrowed a bit from Whittaker when they wrote Kernkraft 400 in 1999.
Mr. Jones now "work" in my retro gaming basement, as seen in the footage. Still lazy, still playing games. Welcome home, Mr. Jones.
