LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLE: A LEADER IS NEUTRAL | JAMES 2:1-13
16As a leader, we cannot avoid playing favorites
We want to work with people similar to us
We also want to give tasks to those who always just agree with us and finish them immediately - THE PERFORMERS
We need to be aware that in order for a team to be successful, the tasks to achieve our goal should be equally divided.
It will take a consistent effort to be fair to all
As a leader we need to
1. TRUST that everyone from the team can contribute
2. Give CHANCE to others who haven't performed on that specific task yet. Their time to shine.
3. Everyone from the team is UNIQUE in their own ways (personality) and that they can provide different flavors / inputs / ideas, so we need to include everyone.
