LeapFrog LeapPad Learning System - Tutter's Tiny Trip (All Games) (12/05/2009)
34Here is more retro footage from late 2009. This is also my first LeapFrog video ever uploaded to YouTube! Plus, it's the first Bear in the Big Blue House video I have uploaded in a few years. It's a compilation of all the games from the LeapPad Learning System book released in 2001, "Bear in the Big Blue House: Tutter's Tiny Trip." Not a whole lot of footage of it has been available on YouTube, and no one has uploaded footage of its games yet, so I decided to do so. People started uploading footage of it in the late 2010s, but I never considered uploading this footage before then due to how dated it looks, but I have finally decided to give it a try. The footage you see here was recorded at the beginning of the Christmas season of 2009. By this point, the 2000s decade was getting close to coming to an end.
For those who don't know what the LeadPad Learning System was, it was a kids' interactive book device that lets children read books on them interactively and also learn educational concepts as they go along, with their respective cartridges attached. The products were produced from 1999 to 2007. I've had LeadPad Learning System products since I received the original LeapPad Learning System (which I used to have, but not anymore as of 2008 due to it breaking down, so another device, the LeapPad Plus Writing Learning System, as seen here, was a replacement) as well as this LeapPad LeapStart book back in 2003. My mom thought it would be very much like playing children's computer games for the PC, which I was doing at that time since of course, I was just a little boy back then.
During the mid 2000s, whenever I would read this book, it would make me want to go on outings with my parents, which we would often do since that was the whole point of this particular book. If you have children who are into Bear in the Big Blue House and retro LeapFrog products, this book will make them want to do the same, so I would recommend this book and the LeapPad Learning System for them since they're great fun!
