Mahalo Windows expert Sean Hewitt gives a tutorial on adding a second time zone in Windows 7.

Adding a Second Time Zone
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Setting up a second time zone clock in Windows 7 is a useful and very easy feature to set up.
1. Click on the Start menu at the bottom left corner of your desktop. Select Control panel then choose Clock, Language and Region.

2. Now click on Add clocks for different time zones. Select the box for Show this clock and under Select time zone, click the down arrow to prompt a drop-down menu that will allow you to choose from time zones all over the world.

3. You can name this clock by typing a name under Enter display name. To confirm your selection, just click on OK at the bottom.

4. At the bottom right corner of your desktop you will find the date and time. Click on it to prompt your Date and Time window. You will see your second time zone clock slightly smaller next to your first time zone clock.
