So, a large part of this game is building roads, and in this city it means a lot of time drawing really boring grids. Those of you who were on the Sapling Minecraft server with me will remember how I kept telling people to build roads, because they basically define where people go and where they can build. Roads are critically important in city planning, although some cities have run into problems letting traffic engineers have too much planning power; the key there is that traffic engineers deal with traffic, but roads actually do a lot more than just carry traffic.
