I guess the game really is making sure that we cannot non lethal this especially as I try everything but doing what it wants when it forces us to take this guy down. While other bosses may have had alternative options to avoid agro this for certain shows us that there is no other choice but the lethal route sadly, but we'll still avoid it where possible unless we're really forced to.
