I have finally finished all maps on expert realism melee only and I gotta say I will never do this again it was not worth it but yes it can be done.

What does the challenge entail well you can only use melee weapons. Right click to melee while holding guns(I'll probably just restart to avoid accidentally shooting), Throwables and healing are obviously allowed. If you go down you cannot shoot.
