First I extracted the video from the PC version of the game (cause have a
high FPS and resolution), after that I had to carry out the process of converting to frames. In sequence i pass in the ESRGAN it DeJpeg Fatality PlusULTRA + _Fatality DeBlur Model to clear.

After that, I passed the frames in DAINAPP to perform the interpolation
from 30 fps to 60 fps, after I passed the frames already converted to video in Topaz Video Enhance AI to do the upscale ,
in the After Effects i config HDR and enchance
the edges and remove some dirt and noise
