Remastered in 4K using Gigapixel AI for Video

I took the original video files from the Resident Evil 2 PS1 original port via
jPSXdec model to upscale the videos 12 times their original resolutions…

This time the results are ok, it some artefacts in movement, next time i will try to add some motion blur to see if fix better.
