Legend of Heroes SC: Part 66 (Bleublanc Battle)
0Our heroes continue making their way through the Esmelas Tower, when they come across some weird devices that is displaying some weird information, as it cannot be read properly. We receive a data crystal for it. This seems like VERY important information to read up for Professor Russel. Moving on!
At long last, we finally come face to face with the Phantom Thief, it's been a long time since Ch.1, and all those annoying cards of his! I look forward to smashing his face in!!! Let's do this!!!
FUCK THIS GUY!!! Okay, let me first say, this was my first try doing this battle as I was not aware of how he worked. NOW I do. Almost everything he does is minor except for ONE little thing, he can resummon his minions, and THAT part, is the annoying thing about him.
He can split into 3-(4?) clones of himself, but only one of them can be damaged, if you hit the right one, his clones vanish. They are meant to confuse you as to who you're trying to hit. There are at least 3 ways to get over this problem.
1.Have the Information or Heaven's Eye quartz equipped and it'll show you the EXP of each enemy, the clones give 1, while the real Bleublanc gives something larger than 1. Attack that.
2.Cast targeting magic on Bleublanc at all times, so when he does use his clone move, it'll still lock on him, rending the attack useless.
3.Debuff him, as it'll still keep track of where the debuffed Bleublanc will be even if he clones himself.
Bleublanc does come with some nasty attacks like Akashic Rain which deals at least 1000 damage to all characters, and Wild Rain that deals 2000 damage to an area. So having your characters seperated a bit will lessen the damage from that attack.
And of course, being an Enforcer and a villain, he comes with his own S-Craft, Death Magic. It targets one character and does a LOT of damage. Zane, or Joshua might be able to take the attack, some of the others might be able to take the attack if their HP is high with some altercations with the HP Quartz, but otherwise, it's a solid 1 hit-KO.
Also, his henchmen, their two main attacks, the Marionette attack will confuse you. And pitfall is a art cancelling attack. From what I understand, though, I may need to be confirmed on this, if you brought down 1 of the henchmen, Bleublanc will summon another one in its place.
So, take out Bleublanc first before dealing with the henchmen if that's that case.
Once defeated, the barrier breaks and returns to normal. Bleublanc is strangely satisfied with what happened and takes his leave. Weird.
Well, now that the Esmelas Tower is safe, now it's time to make our way to the Carnelia Tower, where they spotted Walter. Zane declares that he will be going with us to this event, so let's be prepared for what's to come in the next video.
