Legend of Heroes SC: Part 92 (Loewe Battle)
8At long last we finally made it to the last Enforcer, and an Enforcer we've crossed blades with time and time again in the past, it's finally time to fight Loewe!
Keep in mind of one thing he says that holds VERY true to this nature. Few can match him in power, even S-ranked bracers, and even Anguis. Keep that mere thought into perspective. That is how powerful this guy is. Well, on to the battle.
Loewe hits harder than any other boss in the game, even the final boss doesn't hit as hard as Loewe does. His two S-Crafts Demon Flames and Dead Emperor Sword does over 8k damage, the first inflicting the faint status, and the other, I don't know really, I'm assuming frozen.
He retains the same attacks he had during our fight with him when he went under the Lorence facade. Except there is one thing that he no longer has and I will TAKE that, he doesn't have the pain in the ass Earth Wall mk.2.
But his lion mechs will try and heal him whenever they get the opportunity. Clock Up EX is your friend in this battle, the more actions you can get, the better. There are many ways to deal with this boss, I chose to play defensively slightly and just spam S-crafts whenever I got the cp. Especially for Joshua since he had the Gladiator Band and Belt. So he'd be getting CP REALLY quickly and enable me to spam Phantom Raid a lot.
On top of this, he can also make clones of himself, only difference between the last two times the other Enforcers made clones, this time, his clones don't disappear if you hit the real Loewe, you have to actually take them down just the same as any other enemy.
They even possess some of the attacks Loewe has as well.
Casting arts is a very risky move in this battle as Loewe can impede you doing so. Have status wards for all elements, because so much is getting thrown in your direction, confusion, faint, frozen, there's probably more.
