And so we begin doing our tasks that Rufus gave us. This shouldn't be hard to do... I can endure...

The first task is getting a Dryad's Tear for a man, but during this quest we meet with a man who calls himself... Baron... BLEUBLANC!? WHAT!? YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT HE'S HERE... wait wait, no no nevermind, there's more than one character that shares names in this series... it can't possibly... be... If it is... he better and I mean he BETTER not put me through more hoops trying to do fetch quests...

Anyway, moving along. Another quest to undertake is finding bathsalts and slaying a monster.

Fate Spinner? Is that you buddy? Haven't seen you since Liberl, how ya doing man, glad to beat you into a bloody paste again. Anyway.
Jusis and Machias prove they're top shit, but their combat link gets severed during the fight which makes the battle tougher. Well, not really, but the boss hits pretty hard.

The incident leaves Rean injured and unable to continue doing anything for a bit, but Emma remedies that situation by doing something mysterious.

What else, oh, and it looks like the provincial army is bolstering their weaponry for something, seems a tad odd, what reason could they have for reinforcing their equipment? Guess we'll find out in due time.

Oh, and we also meet Jusis' father, Duke Albarea. He's not as pleasant as Rufus. In fact, I kinda wanna punch him.
