I had to work with the title to make it fit. Essentially, we make a round through town after the warehouse events and talk to everyone, where we learn about a sub quest to the side quest. Once done conversing, we return to the Eroded Cave where high tide has settled in. This allows us to access some parts, but we lose access to others, so hopefully you looted it enough in the prior trip.

After performing the extermination, remember to grab the flowers so you can complete the sub quest and get the additional reward. With his closure now obtained, it is time to bring the chapter to a close...
