Alright, this is something special for the Virtua Fighter community! 'Legend of Sarah' is a digital comic/manga and was found on the 'Game-Ware' discs for the SEGA Saturn. It was split in three parts on three Game-Ware volumes. (Game-Ware Vol. 2, Vol. 3 & Vol. 4)
Unfortunately there is (as far as i know) no english translation out there...
