I personally find the Desert Palace to be a rather peculiar dungeon. I mean, the whole dungeon is in Hyrule, but you fight the boss in Lorule.

This will be a 100% playthrough, meaning I will be getting every item, heart piece, and upgrade as well as completing every sidequest in the game. Except for the Streetpass challenges and the minigame challenge where I would have to dodge cuccos for 999.99 seconds (trust me it's harder than it sounds).
